SLA MP - nothing appears to be happening

Hi,

I have just downloaded and installed the MP for Incident SLA's successfully. I can see the SLA Settings form and the extensions form but the views aren't available and none of the incidents have been updated to 'breached' or 'Warning'. I followed all the instructions in the readme document. Any help would be great.
