SLA Management 0.2 Beta is not changing SLA Status

description

We have currently installed the SLA Management 0.2 Beta.
 
The Management pack has installed successfully and we have copied the required dlls to all the required locations.
 
However it does not change the status of incidents to SLA breached. We can manually change the SLA status for each open incident.
 
When we go to the Workflow status "ProcessIncidents" there are no instances listed under both "Need Attention" and "All Instances" tabs.
 
We would appreciate your assistance here.

We installed successfully version 0.3 for the first time. but it does not change the status yes.
How can we remove and reinstall it again.
